This is a simple recipe for Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:
  • 1 coconut or a pack of desiccated coconut.
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 small eggs
  • 100g plain flour
Procedure:

Grate coconut and extract the milk. Set the milk aside.
Pour two-thirds of the condensed milk and mix with the coconut sap.
Beat the egg and add to the mixture.
If it is too wet add some flour until the mixture is not too wet nor too dry.
Preheat oven.
Pour misture in a molder and cooked in low-medium heat for 45 minutes.
Enjoy your macaroons.
