Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 Can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup dessicated coconut
Cooking Method:
Beat egg until fluffy. Add butter or margarine and sugar, then beat thoroughly.
Add vanilla, condensed milk and dessicated coconut and mix well.
At this time preheat the oven at 350 degrees or gas mark number 4.
Fill baking cups or place 2 scoops each and make a row in a baking pan.
Bake until the top gets brown.
